MATTHEW 24:10-21: THE OLIVET DISCOURSE, PART 4: THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION
We continue our examination of the signs that precede "this" (no stone being left upon another, pointing to the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem in 70 AD) happening: apostasy (witnessed by the letter to the Hebrews and the letters to the seven churches that begin the Revelation of St. John), the Gospel's spread to the entire "world" (the entire civilized world, which corresponds to the boundaries of the Roman Empire, which St. Paul repeatedly said was fulfilled in his lifetime), and the abomination of desolation (Roman armies, whose banner is the eagle, an unclean bird, surrounding Jerusalem and ultimately occupying the temple).
Unfortunately, the video and audio were so out of sync in this recording that we replaced the video with a static image.
