200 km/h! The terrible hurricane Roslyn made landfall on Nayarit, Mexico.

Hurricane Roslyn hit the Mexican coast between Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlán. The strongest storm quickly moved inland. The hurricane was carrying winds of 200 km/h (120 mph). Strong gusts of wind began to rip off roofs and trees.

Roslyn made landfall in the state of Nayarit. Heavy rains also began in some places, which led to flooding of the area. The hurricane was heading in a north-northeast direction at 26 km/h (16 mph). Power outages have also begun in places.

Strong waves brought down the barrier and the shacks in Vallarta Port. It is assumed that the waves can reach up to 6 meters in height.

Local authorities began to evacuate the local population even before the hurricane landed.
